The place is nice for sitting down and enjoying a cup of tea. The service is good and so are the options on the menu. The only issue is that most things are out of stock most of the time. It's an issue with Chaayoa across the outlets, not just this one.

A bit off the beaten road, I chanced upon this outlet due to work. The ambience is good and the tea was a bit off, though I had ordered my regular one. The packaged khakras were bit too greasy for my liking. There is an off limits seating arrangement where they don't serve. This wasn't informed at the time of my ordering. Overall a good experience.

I went there on Sunday with my family, amazing experience, staff is good her name was neha she handled very well. We had mango smoothie, strawberry matcha and cold coffee.. taste was superb!! Must visit!!
